Consultation - We will tour the home, take pictures, and discuss ideas and a plan for staging, according to the homeowner's budget. $75, fee waved if further services are scheduled.
Basic Services - One full day of decluttering, rearranging furniture and decor, and offering advice for more in-depth staging, if necessary. This package involves using what the homeowner already has in the home to it's fullest potential. We will showcase the home by creating inviting, open space in the home with existing furniture and decor. $250
Premium Services - Multiple day project involving the basic services, as well as bringing in new decor. We will decide on a budget for dressing the home. Decor will be purchased and arranged in the home. This involves using low-cost items and special tecniques to showcase the home and accentuate it's best features. We will also discuss advice for new paint colors and other improvement projects, and arrange contractors, if needed. Starts at $400, will adjust according to extent of the project.
